Over the weekend Afro-IP received emails from Tim Ball (Brian Bacon) and Graeme Gilfillan (Nisa) on the recent SAMRO and CIPLA cases. Tim explained early Friday that he we was waiting for judgment to be handed down in CIPLA case. Graeme has provided a fairly comprehensive commentary including newspaper report reference on the SAMRO cases which can be viewed here.
